Re: James Corden OBE
He comes across as a fat boy who was probably bullied at school, and has made it his life’s ambition to prove all the bullies wrong – fair play, I suppose.

There’s also no doubt that he is a very talented man, as he’s career to date testifies. However, I do find him annoying. I do sort of to like him & I want to like him more, but he really isn’t as funny as he thinks he is. He’s a bit plastic, and try’s to to act like he’s a bit of a streetwise bloke, when clearly, he isn’t.

Still, I bet he couldn’t give a fuck what me or any other fucker on here thinks of him…

I think most successful people will have some shit on their cv.

He's cracked America and says himself that he's going to enjoy it for as long as it lasts. I doubt he gives a fuck about people disliking him. Especially when he's chilling with David Beckham.

Re: James Corden OBE
Ironic that I come on here whilst watching Gavin & Stacey. Yeah, the comment about not wanting Bilic/wanting Allardyce to stay was silly but he's still a big West Ham fan and is very funny. As for not being talented, he co-wrote, co-directed and acted in one of the biggest sitcoms this country has had in the past decade, been on many other shows and made a massive success of A league of their own. He's cracked America and has a load of top celebrities as guests on his show - I don;t understand why people can't like him, or why people care so much. Don't like him, don't watch his shows, pretty simple.

The yanks love a cheeky, down to earth Brit. That;s why he's been rammed down their throats aswell. Give it a year or too and they'll hate the fat spaz as much as we do.

The yanks also love a posh English villain. Alan Rickman and Jeremy Irons made a career out of it.

TBF he's done well in America, had every a-list'er on his shown.

People cunt him for no talent, but you can only be a success in the industry your in and he's done fairly well for himself.

Re: James Corden OBE
Never really understood why so many people are anti him. He has done really well for himself and I applaud that. He tries different things and some work and some don't but at least he has self belief and courage. He was fantastic in One Chance which was about the Opera singer Paul Potts who won X Factor. He probably doesn't read this sort of drivel written about him and even if he does I bet he probably just laughs. Good luck to him.

Re: James Corden OBE
If you don't like him, simply don't watch his programme.

Done well for himself and I thought Gavin and Stacey was excellent.

Other than his speech to the England football team and his carpool karaoke with Adele, have never seen him in anything else.

Nothing against him at all.

Massively pro-Allardyce, anti-Julian Dicks

Seems like the sort of bloke that has no idea what he's talking about when it comes to football.

Would fit in well on here.

Re: James Corden OBE
He has fallen into the trap than many TV celeb's do. He was unbelievably good in Gavin & Stacey and rightly so got his plaudits.

The problem then comes when the TV networks, agents, radio's, magazines etc etc see that he someone is popular. They then proceed to have then plastered everywhere and rammed down our throats for the next five years. It just becomes fucking unbearable.

Fair play to him. He's done well and is made for life. But I couldn't give two fucks if I ever hear or see him again.

I have no problem with James Corden. I loved Gavin and Stacey, thought he was excellent in One Man Two Guvnors and enjoy League Of Their Own, good luck to him.

Does the bloke deserve an OBE?
No he doesn't.

I am sure many have already pointed out the whole honors system is a joke. Honours should be reserved for people who have done extraordinary things and/or acted heroically and selflessly to help others, not someone who earns a fortune doing what is essentially their job.

Before someone points out he has done things for charity, good on him. However I am very skeptical about celebrities doing things for charity as I think most of them do it to raise their own profile. I have far more time and respect for ordinary people who go out of their way to help others.
